These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you," "your," or "the User") and Bresbet ("we," "us," "our," or "the Company"). By registering an account and using the services provided at bresbet-uk.com, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

Bresbet is a trading name of BresBet Ltd, a company registered in the United Kingdom. We are licensed and regulated in Great Britain by the UK Gambling Commission (UKGC) under Account Number 65252. Our services are provided strictly in accordance with the Gambling Act 2005 and the Licence Conditions and Codes of Practice (LCCP).
Eligibility Requirements
To open an account and place bets with us, you must meet the following criteria:
- Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. Underage gambling is a criminal offence. We perform age verification checks and may suspend your account until satisfactory proof of age is provided.
- Location: You must be a resident of the United Kingdom. We do not accept customers from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited.
- Capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
- Legal Restrictions: You must not be prohibited from gambling by any court order or self-exclusion scheme (e.g, GAMSTOP).
Account Rules and Security
- Single Account Policy: You are permitted to open only one account. Duplicate accounts may be closed, and any associated winnings may be voided.
- Account Details: You must keep your username and password secure. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify us immediately at [email protected].
- Accuracy: You must provide accurate and up-to-date personal information, including your full name, date of birth, and residential address. Failure to do so may result in the suspension of your account and withholding of funds.
Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and KYC
In accordance with the Money Laundering Regulations 2017 and UKGC requirements, we are committed to preventing financial crime:
- Identity Verification: We employ robust Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures. You may be required to submit documentation, such as a passport, driving licence, or utility bill, to verify your identity and address.
- Financial Checks: We conduct ongoing monitoring of account activity. In line with regulatory standards, we may request "Source of Funds" (SoF) or "Source of Wealth" (SoW) documentation to ensure that your gambling is supported by legitimate means.
- Reporting: We are legally obligated to report any suspicious activity to the National Crime Agency (NCA) or relevant authorities without prior notice to you.
Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions
- Methods: We support various UK-regulated payment methods. We do not accept payments from third-party accounts.
- Funds Protection: Player funds are held in separate accounts from our business funds. In the event of insolvency, these funds are protected to a medium level, meeting the requirements of the UK Gambling Commission.
- Withdrawals: You may withdraw your funds at any time, subject to successful identity verification and completion of any necessary AML checks. We reserve the right to process withdrawals using the same method used for deposits.
- Errors: If funds are credited to your account in error, you are required to notify us immediately. We reserve the right to recover any such funds.
Bonuses and Promotions
- Participation: All bonuses are subject to their specific promotional terms and conditions.
- Wagering Requirements: Bonuses often come with wagering requirements that must be met before funds can be withdrawn.
- Abuse: The use of multiple accounts to claim promotional offers or any form of "bonus abuse" will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it, and may lead to account closure.
